Alpha Air Ambulance is an operations app for authorised staff and assigned medical crew. The app helps teams record and communicate important movement updates throughout medical transport missions, including crew positioning, patient takeover, airport transfer, departure, landing, destination arrival and patient handover. Depending on their permissions, authorised users can: • Access relevant medical transport missions • Record predefined mission movement steps • Keep the operations team informed about mission progress • Send consistent movement updates to the relevant mission contacts The app supports dedicated air ambulance missions as well as medical escorts on commercial flights. Alpha Air Ambulance is not intended for use by the general public and cannot be used to request or book medical transport. An account created and approved by Alpha Air Ambulance is required to access the app.
