Home Review Manager

Home Review Manager is a property inspection and tenant-rating tool for property managers in New Zealand and South Africa. It helps you run consistent rental inspections, keep a clear record of each property's condition, and build a fair, evidence-based rating for your tenants over the life of a tenancy. Key features Guided property inspections — capture each room with photos and video, so every inspection is thorough and consistent. Durable property records — track a property's condition and issues across tenancies, not just one visit. Evidence-based tenant ratings — a tenant's rating is built from their inspection history and tenancy record, so decisions are grounded in what you've documented. Move-in and move-out reports — generate clear condition reports at the start and end of a tenancy. Inspection reminders — stay on top of scheduled inspections and key tenancy dates. Everything in one place — your properties, tenants, and inspection history organized in a single app. Whether you manage a single rental or a large portfolio, Home Review helps you inspect properties consistently and keep reliable records.
