Shiftly OnDemand

Shiftly OnDemand connects you to casual hospitality shifts at venues near you. Browse what is available, apply in a tap, and get paid. FIND SHIFTS THAT FIT YOUR LIFE Swipe through available shifts or view them on a map. Filter by date, location, role and pay so you only see work you actually want. APPLY IN SECONDS Found a shift that works? Apply with a single tap. Your profile travels with you, so venues see your experience and reviews straight away. You will be notified as soon as a venue accepts you. SEE THE PAY BEFORE YOU APPLY Every shift lists its rate and hours up front, so you know exactly what it pays before you decide whether to go for it. BUILD A PROFILE THAT TRAVELS Complete shifts, collect ratings, and build a profile that makes venues want to book you again. Your experience and reputation stay with you across every venue you work with. WORK WHEN YOU WANT Pick up a single shift or fill your whole week. There is no minimum commitment and no exclusivity. Shiftly OnDemand fits around study, travel, another job, or whatever else you have on. ROLES WE COVER Bar staff, baristas, waiters, food runners, kitchen hands, chefs, glassies, event and function staff. BUILT FOR AUSTRALIAN HOSPITALITY Shiftly is already trusted by Australian venues to run their rosters and pay their teams. Shiftly OnDemand opens that same network to casual workers looking for shifts. LAUNCHING IN SYDNEY Shiftly OnDemand is starting in Sydney, so shift availability is strongest there while we grow. You can create a profile anywhere in Australia and we will let you know when shifts open in your area. GETTING STARTED Download the app, create your profile, add your work details, and start browsing shifts. It is free to join. Shiftly is a marketplace that connects venues and workers. It is not a labour hire agency or an employer. Venues set their own shifts, rates and hiring decisions.
