Tellexa

Tellexa puts your governed AI assistant in your pocket. Built for teams running on the Tellexa AI platform, the app keeps work moving while you're away from your desk - chat with your assistant, capture and summarise voice notes, see your day at a glance, and stay on top of tasks, meetings and approvals. Everything stays under the same permissions, approvals and audit you trust on the Tellexa platform. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Chat with your assistant — ask questions and get real work done across the tools your business already uses. • Voice notes, summarised — record a memo on the move; Tellexa transcribes it and pulls out the key points and action items. • Your daily brief — start the day with calendar, email and tasks in one view, plus a traffic-aware "leave by" time so you're never late to a meeting. • Tasks & team reports — see what needs you today, track progress, and review team activity on the go. • Meeting summaries — capture the conversation and turn it into a clean summary with follow-ups. • Search your knowledge — find the right answer across your documents and your assistant's memory in seconds. • Approvals in your pocket — when your assistant needs sign-off for something sensitive, review and approve or decline it from your phone. • Activity & driving insights — opt-in trip and driving-behaviour insights for teams on the road. • Live notifications — stay informed of what matters, in real time. GOVERNED & SECURE BY DESIGN Tellexa is built for businesses that can't hand AI a blank cheque. Every action runs under granular permissions (auto, ask, or blocked), with approval workflows and a full audit trail. Built, hosted and supported in South Africa. A NOTE ON ACCOUNTS Tellexa is a business platform. You'll need a Tellexa account to sign in — your organisation's administrator can set this up. Sign-in is by secure one-time code; no password to remember. Questions? [email protected] · tellexa.ai
