You can : - set your goals - regularly check the progress in graphs right on the screen of your phone - change your energy profile - see how much energy you generated - check your HR - ...and more! Your steps, distance and HR are recorded, stored and shared via HealthKit into the official IOS Health app for further processing by other applications and devices you might use. Using the app as standalone HealthKit analytics app allows you to read the steps and distance as energy generated in milli joules via our scientifically and empirically proven formula.
