I’m writing this review not about how much I love the app (I really do) but because I didn’t see a feedback section in the app itself. Recently, every time I try to type anything such as a verse reflection or a prayer it freezes my phone completely and I can not only not type but I also can’t get out of the screen without closing the app completely. Also, occasionally, when trying to exit the “upgrade to supper Shepard” screen it won’t let me leave that one it either won’t provide me with a close button or when I click said close button it either doesn’t do anything or takes me to the payment screen or App Store. I know the apps knew so I figured I’d inform yall of these bugs so you’d be aware and could look into them. Other than that I really love the app I think it’s an amazing way to get closer and grow our relationships with God and it’s such a cute idea I love my sheep dolly lol. Anyways thanks for reading this if you made it this far God bless you and Jesus loves you ❤️ have a good day!

You cannot exit the screen. Please reach out to me if you need screenshots or anything. I would like to help fix this error, but it is severely annoying currently.

There are a few great things about the app such as graphics, sound effects, and the activities themselves. However, I do wish there were different translations of the Bible that we could choose from. Also, the app is extremely glitchy. Any time I don’t finish the verse of the day, prayer, and reflection all in one go, the next time I open the app and try to finish it, it will crash the first time and say the page wasn’t found and/or try to force me to do the free trial for the pro version, and I’m never able to actually do the prayer or the reflection; it just brings up the free trial page every time I click on the prayer or reflection button. Also, if I leave the app open, the soundtrack will glitch and layer itself for each time I come back to the app. Finally, the sheer amount of times it asks if you want to try the free trial is extremely annoying; please put a feature that allows you to reject the offer once and for all; no one likes a badgering app.

Don’t get me wrong me wrong, there are definitely quite a few glitches and flaws, but it has so much potential. Even with the glitching I am still able to enjoy it and I love all of the features. One feature I would suggest to add is possibly more bible versions like NLT or ERV, and also change up the prayer helper. I like the prayer generator, but it sort of gives you the same thing every time just with one or two words swapped out, so it doesn’t give you much room to practice your praying and instead just gives you one. All in all this is seriously a great app and I really hope the developers are able to fix up the flaws and overall make this a pamphlet even better app than it already is.

Easy download, no additional purchases needed, it’s a great app. It helped me with my struggle to read the Bible everyday. When I first downloaded the app and opened it, there was always a screen asking if I wanted to buy the premium subscription or something along those lines. And there used to be an “X” or some kind of skip button. Well, the next time I opened the app, it had logged me out. That’s weird in itself but what’s even weirder is when I logged back in only to see that that screen where it’s asking if you’d like to buy the subscription can’t be skipped. There’s a gold button at the bottom saying “Claim my free week” but no “X” where you skip it. I’d find it odd that you’d pretty much force those who downloaded your app and have had it for a while to pay after all this time but if that’s not the case, I hope it’s just a bug or a misunderstanding.

Having a daily scripture, prayer, and reflection are really nice, especially while watching the sheep grow. However, there are a couple of things I would change. I understand it is a small production team but it would be nice to get to at least read your Bible plan for free to learn more about God. I understand not having unlimited bread and stuff but it would be nice to read the plan because it can help new Christians to learn to overcome temptation, get closer with God, and more. But it’s only $5 so it’s not terrible but some people may not be able to afford it. Overall, it’s a good app with little flaws. Highly recommend

I’ve been trying to read the whole Bible chronologically and I am currently in 1 Samuel. However, when I opened the app and selected the Chronological option, I skipped to 1 Samuel to pick up where I left off and read a few chapters but it didn’t count it as my daily need for the sheep…and it wouldn’t allow me to press the “finish reading” button. It would be nice to have a feature for the chronological aspect that allows people to start where they left off instead of starting in Genesis 1. I really don’t want to have to restart all my progress just to use this app.

I don’t have a discord or a twitch but whoever suggested this gave the app a disservice. You guys should have stuck to your guns. Now if you guys really wanted to make it a paid app I get it I did appreciate that it only forced you to read and not jump ahead I get that. Also it doesn’t have guided prayer anymore and it’s left with filling a cup with no kind of direction. I referred this app to friends now I want to delete it. It’s a shame really. I think you guys should really seek the Lord on how you should do this app. Now I just feel like it’s a waste of time. God bless you on your endeavors.

To improve the app, I suggest that you allow your users to review/give access to the stored Quiet Time: Reflections they have made, both in the Home page and the Your Journey section on the Profile page. This way you can improve spiritual growth in your users by allowing them to reflect on their progress. Otherwise it is tedious to have to take a screenshot to save what has been written. I suggest having Quiet Time:Reflections saved on the app to provide much easier and convenient access for users spiritual growth. 🙌🏼
