Avenrest: Personal Reset Plans

Make a little space between a difficult moment and what you do next. Avenrest helps you keep practical personal plans for recurring everyday situations. Choose a moment, follow one manageable step, and optionally note what helped. Everything starts without an account or an AI conversation. A RESET YOU CAN REACH Open gentle breathing, sensory grounding or a comfortable pause. Go at your pace, skip a step or stop whenever you want. No score, subscription or streak stands between you and these tools. PLANS IN YOUR OWN WORDS When this happens, then I can try this. Create a short sequence with a next step and an alternative. Start from eight original everyday scenarios or write your own. Free includes three personal plans; all starting points stay available. KEEP WHAT HELPS Save optional reflections and before/after intensity ratings only when you choose. Search your notes, use a manual journal and revisit earlier If Then Reset records. Your observations are yours; the app does not diagnose or interpret them with AI. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Plans, reflections and journal content stay on your device. No account, ads, analytics SDK or AI API key. Back up or share only when you choose a destination. Exported files contain personal data and are not password-protected by Avenrest. OPTIONAL AVENREST PLUS More personal plans, up to three explicitly chosen daily check-ins, personal usage summaries and the retained ambient soundscape library. Your existing plans, free tools, records and backup access remain available if you cancel. An active If Then Reset subscription already unlocks Plus. HUMAN SUPPORT STAYS ACCESSIBLE Find region-labelled support resources and your own safety plan without payment. Avenrest cannot monitor your safety, contact help for you or respond to an emergency. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Avenrest provides general wellbeing self-help tools. It is not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment or substitute for professional care. Not every exercise suits everyone; stop anything that feels uncomfortable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Final localized prices, eligibility and any introductory terms are shown by Apple before confirmation. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
