This is a strategic tool that MROs’ should use to manage current and potential customers interactions to help streamlined processes, build relationships with customers, increase sales, improve profitability, and maximize customer service. This app is based on this premise: “Improve business relationships”. Even though it has been first applied to the aviation industry, our goal is to adjust it to different industries since it is highly configurable, scalable and easy to integrate with any task execution control and management software.
