School Ops

School Ops is a purpose-built kiosk terminal for schools and their food vendors, unifying staff clock-in, attendance, front-desk visitor sign-in, and pickup / drop-off into one shared terminal. Bind the terminal once with the organization API key your admin emailed you. From then on, the module hub shows only the tiles your organization has turned on: • Learning Journey — teacher attendance, daily register, and parent communications (school module) • Pickup / Drop-off — gate staff record student check-in and check-out with automatic late-fee calculation (school module) • Clock in / out — staff shift punches with GPS-verified location, break tracking, and payroll-ready totals (school + vendor module) • Visitor sign-in — front-desk photo capture, purpose of visit, and an auto-generated visitor ID for the badge (school module) Every clock event carries the operator, the local time, a GPS fix when available, and an idempotency key so a jittery tap or a network retry never double-books a shift. Records sync live to your organization's School365.ky backend, and local storage keeps punches safe when the network is spotty.
