Farm Plot Planner

Farm Plot Planner is a field organisation tool for small farms, growers, and land owners. Open the app and immediately see: • which plots are growing crops • what is planted in each plot • which fields need attention • which crops are approaching harvest This is not a generic notes app, task list, inventory system, or farm ERP. It is built around one working cycle: Plot → Crop Cycle → Field Activity → Harvest PLOTS Each plot is a real piece of land. Record name, area, location, status, current crop, and field notes. Statuses include Available, Preparing, Growing, Harvesting, and Completed. CROP CYCLES A crop is tied to a plot, with planting date, expected harvest, variety, and growth stage: Planning → Planted → Growing → Harvest Ready → Completed Advance the stage as the crop develops. The plot status updates with the cycle. FIELD JOURNAL Log work against a plot, dated like a field notebook rather than a to-do list. Categories: Planting, Irrigation, Inspection, Fertilizing, Harvest. HARVEST RECORDS When a crop comes in, record date, quantity, quality, and notes. Optionally complete the cycle so the plot is ready for the next crop. DATA All records stay on this iPhone. No account, no sign-in, no cloud sync. You can copy a plain-text farm summary from More > Data Export. First launch includes a fully usable sample farm (Green Valley Farm) so you can explore the workflow immediately. Replace it with your own plots, or restore the sample farm from Settings.
