Sammy AI Estimator for Tradies

It’s 9pm and you’re still quoting. Or chasing a variation, or wondering if the last job made any money. Sammy takes that off your plate. Sammy is the AI teammate built for Aussie tradies. Tell him the job by voice, photos or a few words and he builds the quote. Then he helps with the rest: getting it signed, running the job, sending the crew out and getting paid. QUOTE IT - Talk through the job, snap a few photos or type a line, and Sammy builds a detailed quote at your rates. - Change it by asking: “add two more downlights” or “drop the markup to 20%”. - Set up your rates, price lists, supplier catalogues and terms once, and Sammy uses them every time. WIN IT - Send a branded proposal your client can open, accept and sign on their phone. - Put a payment schedule on the quote: a deposit, progress stages and the balance, agreed before you start. - Automatic follow-ups chase the quote so you don’t have to. RUN IT - Every won quote becomes a job with its own number, the site details, the contract and the plan. - Back costing is built in. Add costs as you go or snap a receipt, and see what you’ve spent against what you quoted, section by section. - When the client wants something extra, raise a variation. Sammy prices the change, your client accepts it, and it’s added to the job. CREW IT - Send your crew or subbie a job card: where to go, who to call, the work and the plan. No login, and no prices unless you choose to show them. BILL IT - On do-and-charge work, your crew logs hours, parts and photos from the job card. You approve, and the invoice is ready. - Claim each stage of the payment schedule from the job, and let Sammy send payment reminders when an invoice is overdue. - Syncs with Xero, and invoices turn Paid when your client pays in Xero. ASK SAMMY ANYTHING - Tap the Sammy button on any page to find a quote, add a cost, file a receipt or write to a client. Anything that sends or changes something important waits for your OK. Built for electricians, plumbers, builders, carpenters, landscapers, painters, renovators and every tradie who’d rather be on the tools than at the kitchen table. Also works with ServiceM8, Simpro and Ascora. For more information, visit https://www.withsammy.ai/ Terms of Service: https://www.withsammy.ai/terms-of-service
