ChatHook Admin is the control room for a shop that sells on WhatsApp. Your AI assistant handles the conversations — it greets customers, shows them your catalogue, takes orders and follows up on payments, in Arabic and English, around the clock. This app is where you watch it work, step in when it matters, and keep everything up to date from your phone. WHAT YOU CAN DO Your catalogue Add and edit products, categories, bundles and variants. Set prices, discounts and stock, and see what is running low. Orders Follow every order from the first message to delivery. Change status, adjust items, and keep the totals right. Payments Record cash and bank transfers against an order. When a customer sends a receipt, the assistant reads it and fills in the amount, reference and date for you to confirm. Customers Everyone who has messaged your shop, with their order history and what they bought. Escalations When the assistant is unsure, or a customer is unhappy, it stops and hands the conversation to you. You get its summary and the customer's own words, so you can pick up exactly where it left off. Those arrive here first, so nothing quietly goes wrong. Notifications Know the moment your shop goes offline, a complaint comes in, or an order is paid. Message content never appears on your lock screen. Arabic and English The whole product works in both, and your assistant replies in whichever language the customer writes in. GETTING STARTED You need a ChatHook account — create one at chathook.ai, and we activate it once we have confirmed your shop. Then link your WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code, the same way WhatsApp Web works, and add your products. You collect your own payments.
