Eligible paid and delivered physical orders earn loyalty points. View your available balance, expiry and history in My Points. Where points redemption is enabled, redeem available points separately to extend tracking access for an eligible linked student. The app displays the applicable earning and redemption rules before you act. Points cannot be purchased, transferred or exchanged for cash. Standalone digital tracking purchases use Apple In-App Purchase. Shop availability depends on administrator settings and delivery coverage. School-linked transport features require a participating school and registered child details. Live tracking availability depends on an active school trip or supported live-sharing session, connectivity and vehicle GPS updates.
