Resolved is the iPhone app for your business phone system. Answer calls, text customers, listen to voicemail, and keep every conversation resolved — from your pocket. This app is for managers and team members who already use Resolved. Sign in with the same phone number you use on the web. A verification code is texted to you. ANSWER AND GRAB CALLS Incoming calls ring in the app like a native phone call. From the Lock Screen or Dynamic Island, tap Grab Call to claim a ringing inbound before it works down the list. Place callbacks through the system so the customer sees your business number, not your personal cell. LIVE CALL BANNER See who’s calling, which location, and how long they’ve been on the line — without unlocking. When the call ends, the banner updates in place with the outcome and a one-tap Call Back button. TEXTS THAT FEEL LIKE MESSAGES Conversations look the way iPhone users expect: name and time, a blue unread dot, and two lines of the message. Send pictures from a thread. Spanish customer texts show original on top and English below; your replies go out in Spanish automatically. CALLS, VOICEMAIL, AND TRACKING The same call cards as the web dashboard — caller name, address, outcome, and AI summary. Search, pick a date range, mark a call resolved, add tags and notes, and play voicemails and recordings. Return a call or jump into the text thread in one tap. Text a resource page or a form, then watch whether it was opened, drafted, or submitted — and read the answers without a computer. WHO’S ON CALL Change daytime and after-hours routing from Settings. Add or drop people, drag the cascade order, set ring time, and send calls to a mobile or a desk phone. SEVERAL LOCATIONS, ONE APP Sign in to every business you manage.
