Chordinate

Chordinate keeps your band in one place — rehearsals, concerts, announcements, members and instrument hire. Chordinate connects to your band's own website. Sign in with your member account and the app picks up your band's name, crest and everything you're rostered for. WHAT'S IN IT Home — a quick read on what matters: your next event, the latest announcements, and your sections at a glance. Schedule — every rehearsal, concert and call, grouped by month with upcoming and past views. Open an event for the time, place, dress and notes. RSVP yes, no or maybe (with a note if you need to explain), and add it straight to your phone's calendar. News — announcements from the committee, with replies so the band can talk it through. Unread items are badged on the tab and the app icon, and push notifications bring you back to the right thread. Members — the band directory, indexed A–Z and grouped by section. Tap to call or email a fellow member. Junior members' contact details are protected. Hire — browse the instruments your band offers for hire. Search by name, make, model or serial number, and see the condition checklist, hire fee and deposit before you apply. Your current hires are always a tap away. Profile — your details, uniform size and emergency contact, plus your invoices with anything outstanding flagged. FOR THE COMMITTEE If you're on the committee, Chordinate adds your tools to the same app: create and edit events, see who's coming with live RSVP counts and filters, and manage the hire inventory — including taking instrument photos with your phone. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Chordinate is for signed-in members only. Lock the app behind Face ID, Touch ID or your fingerprint. Your band's data stays with your band. NOTE: Chordinate requires a member account with a band that uses a compatible Chordinate website. If your band isn't set up yet, talk to your committee.
