Gridproof: Contact Sheets

Turn a photo shoot into a finished contact sheet your client can review. Compare frames, choose your favourites and deliver a PDF with photo numbers and optional tick boxes. No account, advertising, tracking or subscription. KEEP THE PROOF YOU SENT Save named proof rounds with their original PDF, decision CSV and photo-number map. Reopen the exact saved files after relaunch. Apply a client's numbered reply to the original photo identities, even after you reorder the project. Existing client picks remain selected. Save up to 20 rounds and 256 MB per project. CULL AND COMPARE Keep, Maybe and Drop decisions, stars, colour labels, client picks, zoom, undo, auto-advance and side-by-side comparison. Filter and sort by capture time, name or rating. Up to 500 photos per project and 100 projects. The project screen leads with a preview of your contact sheet. DESIGN AND DELIVER Letter, Legal, Tabloid, A4 and A3; portrait or landscape; 1–8 columns and 1–10 rows. Add captions, camera data, studio details, watermark text and client tick boxes. Export PDF, JPEG pages, CSV or file-name lists, or print. Read ticks from compatible returned PDF forms or enter photo numbers. Use Saved proof rounds for numbered replies to an earlier proof. The Make Contact Sheet Shortcuts action creates a PDF from supplied images. PROTECT YOUR WORK Export a project JSON backup containing resized previews, decisions and settings. Restore validates it and adds a separate project. Removed projects can be restored from Recently removed until permanently deleted. Saved proof rounds stay with a removed project when restored, but are not included in JSON backups or project duplicates: share their PDFs and CSVs separately. WHAT TO KNOW Previews are up to 1200 pixels on the long edge, not original-resolution photographs. Originals in Photos and Files are never modified or deleted; keep them separately. RAW support depends on the operating system. CSV includes all project photos; PDF tick-box support depends on the recipient's PDF app. Project backups are limited to 250 MB. Projects and rounds are stored on this device; removing the app deletes local records. Exports can contain private photos and metadata. Interface and screenshots are in English.
