Set your own effort estimates, review placed and unplaced work, and save or share the result. Placement is a first-fit proposal, not an optimal schedule or completion guarantee. Saving blocks does not change task deadlines or mark work done. KEEP A PORTABLE LIBRARY Save a complete JSON backup through Files: releases, completion history, custom tasks, asset checks, budget lines, shots, collaborators, milestones, saved Work Blocks and favorite prompts. Restore missing releases without overwriting existing ones. Identical releases are skipped; a differing release stops the entire import so you can keep both versions safe. Backups support up to 100 releases and 20,000 entries within 30 MB. SHARE A USEFUL HANDOFF Export a wrapped, multi-page PDF or plain-text release brief, including your notes and checklists. Export the release date and unfinished tasks as all-day events in a calendar file. Calendar files are snapshots, not live synchronization; importing again may duplicate events depending on your calendar app. ORGANIZE THE DETAILS Keep an asset checklist, whole-unit budget in one chosen currency, shot list, collaborator requests and a wins log. Older budgets remain labeled Unspecified until you choose their currency; changing the label does not convert amounts. Checklists record your confirmations, not file inspections or distributor approval. No audience statistics are fetched or invented. REMINDERS AND CREATIVE REFERENCE Optional local reminders cover template tasks, custom tasks and release day at your chosen hour and minute.
