Accepted changes affect the agreed total; proposals stay separate. 3. Log revision rounds by deliverable, reverse mistaken entries and review overages. Share the scope report with baseline work, all changes, response references and revision history. Existing rate estimates, offer review, campaign worksheets, rate cards, deal pipeline, invoice sheets, exports and learning resources remain available. Scope Ledger stores its own agreements separately and does not change existing deal amounts. WHAT TO KNOW A manual record, not a contract, invoice or proof of client approval.
