Add someone you trust: a parent, friend or neighbour. Tap once a day. That's it. Your contact doesn't need the app. They just get a text. If you miss your check-in, Touchbase sends you a reminder every hour. If you still haven't tapped after three hours, it texts your contact so they know to get in touch. One check-in per day.
