Rexing Connect Lite

Rexing Connect Lite is a lightweight Wi-Fi companion for supported Rexing dash cams. View live video, find recordings, save clips to your phone and adjust the settings supported by your camera. No Rexing account is required, and there are no marketing push notifications. CHECK YOUR MODEL BEFORE DOWNLOADING This release is intended only for these tested Rexing model families: F30, C2B, R4-RD, V1P Flex X4, M2 MAX PRO, R88, R316, CPDUO Compatibility and available features can vary with camera firmware and connected inputs. Unlisted models are not qualified for Lite; use the original Rexing Connect app unless your model is listed. Verified configurations: R316 firmware 240621; firmware 261026 has not yet been verified. CPDUO firmware 20250415 was tested with two cameras and no GPS. A listed model does not qualify every firmware or camera configuration. GPS requires compatible hardware and valid recorded data; testing varies by model, and stationary examples do not establish moving-route accuracy. YOUR RECORDINGS, WITHIN REACH • See live video and choose among supported camera views. • Browse recordings by camera channel, with previews on supported cameras. • Play a recording over nearby dash cam Wi-Fi, then choose what to download. • Download videos and watch saved recordings locally. • Use playback controls and landscape fullscreen. • Export supported media to Photos, trim a downloaded recording into a new copy, or capture a video snapshot. • View GPS information and routes from supported recordings when the camera includes compatible GPS data. • Change the menu settings that your camera exposes. • Open connection diagnostics and optionally send a report with your comment. CONNECT IN THREE STEPS 1. Activate Wi-Fi on your dash cam. 2. Join that camera network in iPhone Wi-Fi settings. 3. Return to Lite and tap Connect. The usual default Wi-Fi password is 12345678 unless it has been changed. Camera video transfer uses the nearby dash cam Wi-Fi connection and does not require internet access. Maps and online support features may need internet. Some cameras require pausing recording to browse, download or change settings. Resume recording when finished. Video, export and GPS support depend on the recording format and camera. Download performance depends on your camera, signal and phone. Remote playback means nearby camera Wi-Fi playback, not cloud or internet access to a remote vehicle.
