Notice - Reflection Journal

Too much on your mind? Just talk. Notice turns scattered thoughts into calm and shows you how your life is really going. Journaling is one of the best things you can do for your mind. It's also the easiest to quit. The blank page is too much, and the habit never sticks. Notice fixes that. You speak (or type) one small prompt at a time, and it handles the rest. The goal: journaling with as little friction as possible and the biggest return on that small effort. Notice isn't only a tool to track your mind and learn from it. It's built to strengthen it, with simple daily practices that add up. YOUR MORNING RITUAL Start grounded: gratitude, a stream-of-consciousness brain dump, a 45-second "set the tone," and affirmations. Turn on what you want, skip what you don't. SEE HOW YOU'RE REALLY DOING Track mood, energy, productivity, and habits with a tap. Notice turns them into clear trends, so you can spot what lifts you up and what wears you down. IT TALKS BACK OVER TIME Save realizations as Notes to Future You, revisit past entries that resurface when you need them, and unlock weekly reports that reflect your week back to you. BUILT FOR YOUR EYES ONLY Your entries stay on your device, sync privately through iCloud, and can be locked behind Face ID. Export to PDF anytime. No accounts, no data mining. A NOTE FROM ME I'm building Notice because I wanted a journaling app I'd actually use: fast, warm, and genuinely good for my mind. I use it every single day, and I'm pouring everything into making it one of the best journaling apps out there. If you have an idea or some feedback, I'd truly love to hear it. -Reece
