The RED Instructor Progress App has been upgraded and renamed. The new RED Instructor App keeps everything you relied on for recording lessons and tracking progress, and adds the full Instructor Portal so you can run your working day from your phone. TODAY AT A GLANCE Your home screen shows today's lessons, new bookings from MyRED or our contact centre, lessons waiting for an outcome, new students and any diary conflicts. Acknowledge new bookings in one go and get back on the road. YOUR DIARY • See bookings, conflicts and gaps in a single view • Set your availability and block out time for holidays or personal commitments • Travel time is built in, so you aren't booked back to back with no time to get between students • Get alerted when appointments clash and reschedule from your phone • Manage cancellations, including whether a fee applies when a student cancels late STUDENTS • One profile per student with contact details, lesson history, progress and prepaid package status • View both active and inactive students • Contact students straight from their profile • Pause new student allocations when your diary is full PROGRESS TRACKING • Record lesson outcomes and student progress at the end of each lesson • Everything the Progress App did, with a cleaner, updated design • Updates go straight to the student's record, so there's no double entry PAYMENTS • See earnings, outstanding balances and payouts at a glance • Track prepaid lessons, balances and redemptions • View charges and franchise fees • Export lesson data for month-end income reporting YOUR PROFILE Update your contact details, credentials, vehicle, working hours and pricing without needing to log in on a computer.
