Rebytes Desk

Rebytes Desk is the clinic front desk on your phone. It is a staff tool for clinics that use the Rebytes clinic platform. Agents sign in with their clinic id and their usual credentials — the same ones as the web console — and get the whole conversation in one place. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Answer WhatsApp patients from one inbox, with search, filters and tags • See who you are talking to: the patient's record, date of birth, past visits, usual doctor and outstanding balance, resolved from the clinic's own system • Book, confirm and cancel appointments against the clinic's real availability • Create a patient file or raise a lead when a number is not on record yet • Create an invoice and record a payment in the clinic's own accounting system • Send photos and documents — prep sheets, maps, receipts • Get an alert when a conversation has gone unanswered past an interval you choose BUILT FOR A CLINIC PHONE • Locks behind Face ID or your passcode when the app has been idle, so a phone left on a reception desk does not show patient records • Hides the screen in the app switcher, so a backgrounded app leaves no patient data in the snapshot • Nothing is stored on the device beyond the running session; the only credential kept is a session token, in the iOS keychain • Works in light and dark, with an accent colour you choose NOT A PATIENT APP Rebytes Desk is for clinic staff. It makes no medical claims and offers no diagnosis, dosage or treatment guidance. Patient data is retrieved live from the clinic's own system and is not sold, shared or used for advertising. An active Rebytes clinic platform subscription and an agent account provided by your clinic administrator are required.
