SOUNDS FOR YOUR EVENING Explore nature sounds and white, pink and brown noise. Layer sounds, adjust volumes, save favorites and set a sleep timer. Generated noise works offline; other audio needs a connection or a previously cached file. STORIES AND WIND-DOWN ROUTINES Choose a track from illustrated story and soundscape collections. Set your sleep goal and schedule, then follow bedtime activities at your own pace, with optional reminders. YOUR SLEEP JOURNAL Log bedtime, wake time, sleep quality, wake-ups and morning mood. Add a reflection and revisit your entries. Manual check-ins receive an estimated score based on your answers; they do not measure sleep stages. OPTIONAL APPLE HEALTH INSIGHTS See available sleep records, calculated scores and stage details. Stages require compatible data in Apple Health, such as recordings from an Apple Watch. Missing measurements are shown as unavailable. NIGHTTIME SOUND SUMMARIES With microphone permission, monitor sound levels and review detected sound disturbances. Only summaries are saved, not audio recordings. This feature does not identify snoring or diagnose sleep conditions. Start without entering a password using an automatic account. Optional sign-in helps you keep your account across devices. Free and premium content is available. Some sounds and collections require Harmoni Premium; purchase options and current prices are shown in the app. The app interface is currently in English. Stories are not available in every language.
