SimpleSIC by GroundHog

SimpleSIC is a lightweight Short Interval Control app built for small mines and contractors who want better shift execution without heavy systems or long setup times. The app focuses on what matters on shift. Clear plans. Simple task tracking. Real time visibility. No clutter. No unnecessary complexity. With SimpleSIC, supervisors and frontline teams can plan shifts, assign work, track progress, and record actuals as the shift unfolds. Everyone works from the same picture, whether they are in the pit, underground, or in the control room. Key capabilities include shift planning with defined tasks and targets, live task execution tracking, delay and downtime logging, and end of shift summaries that reflect what really happened. Data is captured at the source, directly by the people doing the work. The mobile first design makes it easy for crews to log activity on the go, even in demanding site conditions. Supervisors get instant visibility into progress and issues, helping them intervene early instead of reacting after the shift is over. SimpleSIC is ideal for operations that want discipline and consistency on shift without rolling out a full scale fleet or production system. It works as a standalone Short Interval Control tool and can also grow with you as operational needs increase. Whether you are running a small mine, a contract operation, or an early stage project, SimpleSIC gives you structure, accountability, and clarity on every shift.
