Postural checks your posture from two photos, then builds a daily posture exercise routine around what the scan found. Your Postural Age, a single number, shows whether the routine is working. It's made for adults who spend the day at a desk and catch themselves hunched over a laptop by the afternoon. WHAT YOU DO EACH DAY - A short guided routine, built from your own scan and paced through every hold, rep and side switch. - Spoken cues and a timer, so you can follow it from the floor without holding your phone. - The movements go first to whatever is adding years to your score, then to the markers we measure but don't score. - Every exercise carries a video demonstration and credits the creator who made it. THE NUMBER THAT CHECKS IT - Two photos, one from the front and one from the side. Apple's on-device Vision measures your posture angles. - You get a Postural Age: your real age, plus the years your posture is adding. - Re-scan each week. The routine builds the habit and the scan tells you the truth about it. A REVIEW THAT CHANGED THE APP - A licensed physiotherapist reviewed the exercise routines, the form cues and the scoring thresholds. The years weighting is our own. - That review made our score smaller, and our own testing afterwards made it smaller again. Three of the five things we measure are shown to you but never counted against you. - We leave a marker out of your score when there is no evidence for a fair threshold, or when we can't measure it properly from a phone photo. The end-range extension doses were halved, and a screening question now runs before any back extension. - The measurement method cites published research you can read inside the app, and the app tells you where a number is our own estimate.
