Function: Vendor Manager

Function is the business manager built for India's event vendors - photographers, videographers, makeup artists, caterers, marriage palaces, DJs, decorators, tent houses and more. Stop juggling notebooks, spreadsheets and WhatsApp chats. Function keeps your bookings, payments, availability and customer enquiries sorted in one place - so you stay booked, sorted, and paid. MANAGE YOUR BOOKINGS Add events in seconds - client name, date, venue, coverage details. See your whole season at a glance and never double-book a date again. TRACK EVERY RUPEE Record advances, balances and payment status per booking. Know exactly who owes what, and what your real profit looks like - costs and profit estimates stay private to you. CREATE QUOTES IN SECONDS Build professional quotes for clients right from your phone. SHARE AVAILABILITY WITH TRUSTED VENDORS Join invite-only groups of vendors you trust. Share only your free/busy dates - never your clients or prices. Send and receive cover requests when you're overbooked or free. GET ENQUIRIES VIA YOUR PERSONAL QR CODE Put your QR on your card, studio wall or social media. Customers scan it and send you their event details directly - no app needed on their side. You get an instant notification. NEVER MISS A DEADLINE Automatic reminders for events, payments, deliveries and anything else you set. YOUR BUSINESS STAYS PRIVATE Client names, amounts, payment status, notes and profit are visible only to you. Group members see only your name, city, specialty and free/busy status. Delete your account and data anytime from inside the app. WHO IS FUNCTION FOR? Wedding and event photographers and videographers, makeup artists, caterers and tent houses, marriage palaces and venues, DJs and decorators, and any vendor who lives event to event. Built for tier-2 and tier-3 India - simple, fast, and works great on iPhone. Write to [email protected] - we reply fast and we build what vendors ask for. Function - Stay booked, sorted, and paid.
