Description
Effortlessly upload your restaurant or hospitality invoices to the cloud with the Ottimate app. Behind the scenes, we’ll digitize your invoices, statements, and credits so they can be coded to the right AP General Ledger account, automatically reconciled using advanced invoice matching technology, approved by your management chain, and exported to +150 accounting systems such as Quickbooks, Intacct, Sage, Net Suite, Restaurant 365, Compeat, COGS Well, and more! You no longer need to keep stacks of paper invoices around stuffed in their manilla folders and filing cabinets, or waste time on data entry or analysis.
