WHY RIDERS CHOOSE JIRO • You name the fare: offer a price and choose from drivers' counter-offers, or switch on Instant match for a fixed price and the first driver who takes it. • Verified drivers: every driver's identity is checked against their NIN, their face is matched to their photo, and both driver and car pass an in-person inspection at a Jiro Experience Centre before their first trip. • Ride Safe tools: a trip PIN only you know starts the ride, one-tap SOS alerts your emergency contacts and the Jiro safety team, and you can share a live link so family can follow your trip. • See your car coming: live position on the map, arrival time and the driver's photo, car and plate. • Talk without sharing your number: in-app chat and in-app calls with your driver. • What you need, on every trip: ask for air-conditioning, a child seat or room for luggage before you book.
