You can also use any navigation application installed on your phone or tablet (Maps, Google Maps, Waze, Navigon, TomTom) to navigate you to your appointment location. Switch between appointments with just one gesture! You can enter your appointment notes, and for after-sales or service type appointments, you can fill out the form, enter the intervention report and have it signed by the technician and the customer. And all of this can even be done offline. Notify your client by SMS or email of your arrival time with the "I'm leaving..." button. Send your photos directly to the client's document holder, even offline. You can edit them and include the GPS coordinates of your location. You can choose to send them in low resolution for faster transmission and to save space. Enter the time spent for after-sales service, service and planning task type appointments, as well as the travel time for after-sales service appointments.
