QLS Cloud puts your managed network in your pocket. It is the companion app for organisations whose network is managed by QLS quality solutions AB, giving your team a live view of network health, incidents, and support wherever they are. - See your whole network at a glance: devices deployed, active incidents, networks with alerts, and open support tickets on a single Overview. - Drill into any network or device for live status, uplinks, and location. - Get push alerts the moment an incident is raised, a ticket is updated, or a maintenance window changes, and tap straight through to the detail. - Raise and follow support tickets, read the full conversation, and reach a support engineer. - Ask SARA, the built-in AI assistant, about your network in plain language. - Onboard a new device in the field: scan its barcode, name it, and capture its location and an install photo. - Put a device or a whole network into maintenance mode, and see the automatic recovery check when you end it. - Find an access point on site, or identify the one above you, using its Bluetooth beacon.
