Customers can choose to Take their earned reward or request that the business Donate the value of it. When Donate is selected, the customer does not make the donation. The participating business donates the value of the earned reward through MyCC for distribution to participating community charities. The business rewards its customer either way - while giving the customer the choice to enjoy their earned reward or request that its value benefit the community instead. -------- MyCC App MyCC POS connects with the MyCC App, extending the business beyond the counter. Customers can access participating businesses, view menus, Pre-Order, Order@Table, pay for app orders and participate in MyCC Loyalty. App orders are paid before being received by the business, providing a convenient ordering experience for both the customer and merchant. -------- MyCC Admin - Platform Control Centre This is the control centre of the MyCC platform. It provides cloud-based management, configuration, reporting and oversight across the business. Businesses can manage products, menus, pricing, registers, locations and operational settings, with real-time visibility across transactions, orders and activity. For multi-site businesses, MyCC Admin provides centralised management and visibility across participating locations. -------- MyCC Charities MyCC Charities connects business participation with community outcomes. When a customer chooses to Donate an earned loyalty reward, the participating business contributes the value of that reward through MyCC for distribution to participating community charities.
