Work through odd-angle fittings, miters, dummy legs, trunnions and tube bends. SEE WHERE THE ANSWER COMES FROM Review the formula, deductions and documented source behind a result. Where verified reference data is unavailable, the app explains what source is needed. Tightening sequences are guides; follow the governing procedure for torque, fasteners and lubrication. BRING THE SPEC ON YOUR JOB Photograph a manufacturer's table or import your company reference data. Review every proposed row against the source before saving it. Your approved company tables take priority over the built-in data. In version 1.1, you can also choose to download signed published reference tables and keep them cached offline. PLAN THE MATERIAL Estimate weights and volumes, dry and flooded spool weight, rack spacing with insulation and flange clearance, and stock-length cutting lists. MEASURE AND CHECK Capture point-to-point distances, slopes and rolling offsets with the camera and LiDAR on supported devices. Review tracking confidence and estimated error bands, or record tape comparisons to calibrate your device. AR measurements are estimates. The default error band is a heuristic, not a validated accuracy guarantee. Check against a tape before cutting, welding or ordering material.
