Order ahead. Pull up. Order from participating local businesses and choose how you collect. With Pull Up, store staff bring your order to your car. With Walk Up, you collect at the counter. Each store shows its available pickup options and fees. FOOD, DRINKS AND LOCAL STORES Pull Up Coffee is for food and drink. Pull Up Global is for other local businesses. Browse menus and products, choose available options, and review your order before checkout. Store availability varies by location. CLEAR PRICES BEFORE YOU PAY See your items, selected add-ons, any store-set car pickup fee and the $0.99 service fee before you pay. Walk Up has no pickup fee; the service fee still applies. PAYMENT AND ORDER UPDATES Pay through Stripe Checkout with a supported card or Apple Pay. Checkout places a temporary authorisation hold. Payment is captured after the store marks your order ready. The app confirms it is ready to collect once capture succeeds. If the store declines or does not accept your order, the hold is cancelled. Your bank controls when the released hold disappears. Follow your order from waiting for the store to preparing and ready for collection. Send an optional pickup note or photo, and open directions in Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze. CARPLAY PICKUP STATUS For food and drink orders placed on your phone, CarPlay shows your active pickup order and status, with Apple Maps directions and a preset arrival action. Place your order on your phone before driving. CarPlay does not include menu browsing, ordering, payment or free-form typing. Pull Up Global is not available in CarPlay. FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES Manage your menu or products, pickup options, store-set car pickup fee, trading hours and incoming orders from the partner dashboard.
