Ravini Owner

Ravini Owner is the gym owner's side of Ravini, the CRM built for independent gyms. Run your members, leads, bookings, and member messages from your phone. What you get: Members View every active member, their plan, their billing status, and their recent activity. Pull up a member's profile in two taps to add a note, suspend a payment, or send a message. Leads See every lead that's come in via your Meta ads, Google forms, walk-ins, or referrals. Reply by SMS, WhatsApp, or in-app message without switching apps. Status updates sync back to the main CRM in real time. Messages Today's conversations across SMS, WhatsApp, and the in-app channel, all in one inbox. Reply in three taps. Built for one job Ravini Owner is a companion to the main Ravini CRM at app.ravini.co.uk. You manage automations, reports, payments, and settings on the web. The app is for what you actually do day-to-day: see who's coming in, reply to members, and not miss leads. Multi-gym support If you run more than one site, switch between organisations from the top of the home screen. Each org's members, leads, and messages stay separate. Requirements You need a Ravini account on a paid plan. Sign up at ravini.co.uk. Privacy We don't sell your data or your members' data. The app talks only to your Ravini account.
