It’s the worker companion app for sites that run on ProjPass — sign on to your safe-work method statements, stay on top of permits and tasks, read site notices, keep your certifications current, and know exactly what to do the moment an evacuation is called. Built for the people on the tools, and the people keeping them safe. WHAT YOU CAN DO Site access See every time you’ve scanned on and off site, your live on-site status, and a day-by-day history of your entries and exits. Safe work method statements (SWMS/JSA) Read the method statement for your task, review the risk matrix and controls, and sign on digitally before you start. Permits View permits, complete pre-start and close-out checks, and handle fire-watch sign-offs where required. Your actions One inbox for everything that needs you — documents to sign, tasks due, certifications expiring, and notices to acknowledge. Overdue items rise to the top. Tasks Pick up assigned tasks, add photo evidence, and mark work done from wherever you are. Notices Get important site notices, acknowledge the ones that require it, and view attached photos, PDFs and videos. Certifications Keep your tickets and licences in one place and see what’s valid, expiring or expired at a glance. Report it Raise a shout-out, a concern or an incident in a few taps — including a body-map for recording where an injury occurred. Evacuations If an evacuation is triggered, ProjPass alerts everyone on site, shows the way to the assembly point, and lets you mark yourself safe or call for help. Wardens can run the roll call and account for their people in real time. WHO IT’S FOR ProjPass is a workplace app used by construction and infrastructure companies to manage site access, health and safety, and workforce compliance. Your account is provided by your employer or site — you’ll sign in with the email and password issued to you. There is no public sign-up. Your site controls which features are switched on, so you’ll only see what’s relevant to you.
