PDS-X

Productivity Development Solutions' innovative software helps maintenance and asset managers reduce unplanned downtime, maximise productivity and increase profitability. PDS-X is part of the PDS (Mining Asset Management) Software, a multi-platform, subscription-based solution, consisting of PDS Idler, PDS Wear, PDS Complex, PDS Inspect (all available on the iPDS app) and PDS Audit. Ensuring QA is defensible, traceable and executed consistently across mining operations is difficult without a complete, auditable record from inspection through to close-out. PDS Audit is specifically designed to fulfil QA/QC and compliance auditing requirements, featuring revision control for enhanced corporate governance. PDS Audit delivers a governed, end to end QA workflow that: - Standardises execution across sites and contractors - Enforces authorisation-based signoffs - Captures photo and field data at the point of work - Aligns actions to asset criticality - Works offline in low-connectivity environments Purpose built to bring consistency to splice QA, PDS Audit now connects quality directly to maintenance, reliability and lifecycle decision-making across the PDS platform. The software is licensed on a per product, per site basis. The modular structure of PDS provides clients with the freedom to select the products that relate to their particular requirements. To get access to PDS-X, you must have an active licence subscription and user account, contact Customer Support for access.
