Recover: Rest Timer

Recover is a rest timer built for the gym and built for Apple Watch. Between sets you don't want to dig out your phone or fiddle with a stopwatch. Recover opens straight to a big number and a big Start button. Pick a time, tap Start, and put your arm down. FIVE PRESETS 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 45 seconds, 1 minute and 2 minutes. Tap a chip or turn the Digital Crown. Recover remembers your last choice. LIVE HEART RATE (OPTIONAL) Turn on heart rate and your current BPM sits at the top of the screen while you rest, so you can see how quickly you're recovering between sets. Heart rate is read from Apple Health with your permission, shown only on your watch, and you can turn it off anytime in Settings. A RING YOU CAN READ FROM ARM'S LENGTH A thick ring drains as your rest runs out, with the time in the middle in large, easy-to-read numbers. FEEL THE LAST TEN SECONDS In the final ten seconds the ring and the time turn amber and your watch taps your wrist every second, so you know it's time to get set without looking. A GO YOU CAN'T MISS When rest is over, the whole screen turns bright green with a big GO and a success haptic. It returns to Start on its own after five seconds, ready for your next set. KEEPS GOING WITH YOUR WRIST DOWN The countdown and haptics keep running in the background while your arm is down. CANCEL WITH ONE TAP Tap anywhere inside the ring to stop the timer. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no ads, no tracking. Recover never saves a workout to Health and never sends your heart rate or any other data off your watch. Works without your iPhone.
