WORKS WHEN THE INTERNET DOESN'T Passes are verified right on your device — no live server call at scan time — so basements, fields, and dead-zone venues are no problem. IMPORT YOUR GUEST LIST 1. Save your list as CSV, TSV, Excel or plain text. No template needed: columns like name, email, ticket type and seat are recognized automatically. 2. Open your event and tap "Import Ticket List". 3. Tap "Choose file" and pick the file from Files or iCloud Drive. 4. Review the summary, then tap "Issue Imported Tickets". Every row becomes a signed pass. No spreadsheet? Pick guests from Contacts instead. Need RSVPs? Collect them with your own form, export the answers and import the file. NO APP FOR YOUR GUESTS Issue a pass as PDF or PNG and share it however you already work. Guests just show it. You scan it. FIND, ADMIT, CHECK ID Search your guest list by name, ticket ID, email or seat. Guest can't find their pass? Open the ticket and tap Admit. Want to see ID first? Turn on Check ID: a valid scan shows the guest's name and waits for Admit or Reject. MULTIPLE DOORS, NO BACKEND Add a crew when you grow. Create your event on any device — Mac, iPhone, or iPad — then scan on iPhone or iPad at the door while a Mac on your desk manages the event and watches check-ins live (the Mac doesn't scan). Staff devices sync redemption state device-to-device: pick Wi-Fi when everyone shares venue Wi-Fi, or Direct when they're not on the same network.
