S&T Exchanger supports shell-and-tube heat exchanger design and evaluation with process inputs, resolved fluid properties, thermal and hydraulic calculations, geometry controls, design guidance, and report-ready outputs. Build mode sizes a design from the current process basis. Evaluate mode checks an entered exchanger against the same accepted calculation path. Review inlet, bulk, and outlet property stations; heat duty; corrected temperature difference; overall and side-specific heat-transfer coefficients; pressure drop; area; and overdesign. The app includes supported phase-aware calculations, configurable tube and shell geometry, Design Advisor guidance, preliminary general-arrangement views, RFQ readiness, and PDF reports. Unsupported property or phase states remain blocked and visible for engineering review. Results support engineering analysis and do not replace qualified engineering, vendor, mechanical, code, or safety review.
