Description
ZEUS NEDCo helps authorized NEDCo field teams manage daily field work in one mobile app. Officers can view assigned work, inspect service points, install meters, audit customers and network infrastructure, report non-service point complaints, and track recent capture and sync activity. Built for field conditions, the app supports offline-first work capture and synchronization so teams can continue working when connectivity is limited. ZEUS NEDCo brings customer, meter, location, photo, and service-order information into a single workflow for faster reporting, better visibility, and cleaner operational records.
