Surface Pro

Surface helps you bring important things back into view. Create simple visual cards for the people, things, chores, documents, subscriptions, clothes, projects, and notes you do not want to lose track of. Instead of becoming another overwhelming todo list, Surface gives you a calmer place to capture what matters and resurface it when it is time. Add a card for almost anything: • A household task you want to remember • A friend or contact you want to check in with • A document or file you want to keep visible • A subscription or renewal • A piece of clothing, object, project, note, or reminder • A photo, scan, or attachment connected to something important Surface is built around visual cards, gentle scheduling, and a simple Feed. FEATURES Visual Cards Create cards with titles, notes, tags, categories, photos, files, and scans. Flexible Card Types Organize cards as things, clothing, maintenance, people, documents, projects, consumables, subscriptions, or custom notes. Feed See what is coming up next, what is unscheduled, what you recently viewed, and what you have already completed. Scheduling Add scheduled resurfacing so cards can come back into view at useful times. Smart Schedule Suggestions Surface can help detect schedule intent from card text, such as one-time reminders or recurring schedules, when supported on your device. Local Notifications Get reminders for scheduled cards and snoozed items. Attachments Add photos, imported files, document scans, and other attachments to cards. Card History Surface keeps a simple history of card actions such as created, seen, completed, snoozed, edited, archived, and deleted. Snooze Not ready to deal with something now? Snooze it and bring it back later. Archive and Delete Keep your active Feed clean by archiving or deleting cards you no longer need. Privacy Lock Protect Surface with Face ID or device authentication. Local-First Storage Your cards and attachments are designed to work from your device, with local storage at the center of the experience. WHO SURFACE IS FOR Surface is useful for people who often think: “I forgot I had this.” “I need to remember to check this later.” “I want a calmer place for recurring life stuff.” “I need visual reminders, not more pressure.” “I want important things to come back into view.” A DIFFERENT KIND OF REMINDER APP Most reminder apps ask, “What do you need to do?” Surface asks, “What should come back into view?” Use it for household tasks, objects, people, documents, subscriptions, clothing, projects, notes, files, and anything else worth remembering.
