Tip Pool Split Calculator

Split a shared tip pool across your whole crew in seconds. Enter the night's total, and every server, bartender, busser, host and runner gets an exact cut — weighted by hours worked or by role. Most tip-out math dies in a napkin scribble or a shared spreadsheet nobody trusts. This app uses largest-remainder allocation, so the individual payouts always add up to the pool down to the last cent — never a penny lost, never a penny invented. A verification badge on the breakdown screen confirms the total matches before anyone gets paid. WHAT YOU GET - A cent-exact payout per person the moment you type the pool total - Two distribution modes: by hours worked, or by role weight you control - A saved roster with per-person hours, role weight and an active toggle for who worked tonight - Every shift filed with date, mode and full line-by-line breakdown you can reopen later - A plain-text payout sheet you can send to the group chat straight from the shift - Earnings insights: monthly pool totals, top earners, and money by role over time PERFECT FOR - Servers and bartenders who tip out at the end of every shift - Shift leads and closing managers who divide the pool for the floor - Restaurant, bar and cafe owners who want the split to be defensible - Catering, pop-up and event crews splitting a one-night pool WHY NOT JUST USE A CALCULATOR OR SPREADSHEET? Because a calculator loses cents to rounding and forgets who worked which hours. Here your roster is already saved, hours go in on a slider, the split runs in both modes instantly, and the result is stored so nobody re-litigates last Friday. No formulas to maintain, no file to share, no argument. PRIVACY Everything lives on your iPhone. No account, no sign-up, no ads, no analytics on your money. Your roster, pool amounts and shift history never leave the device. FULL ACCESS A subscription unlocks the full app: unlimited shifts and payout history, both hours and role-weight modes, shift export, and the earnings insights dashboard. Available weekly, yearly, or as a one-time lifetime purchase — no recurring charge on lifetime. Add your crew once tonight, type the pool total, and hand out the cash before you finish closing. Results are a fair-share calculation to help a team divide a pool — not an official payroll or tax document.
