Stint: App Blocker & Focus

Stop mindless scrolling. Earn it instead. Stint helps you control screen time by locking distracting apps until you complete a task. Instead of blocking everything with rigid restrictions, Stint gives you a better system: effort first, reward after. Whether you want to study, exercise, or reset your focus, Stint helps you turn screen time into something intentional. How Stint works 1. Choose the apps you want to limit 2. Set the task required to unlock them 3. Complete the task 4. Get access for a limited time 5. When the timer ends, the apps lock again automatically Earn access through real effort With Stint, you can unlock your apps by: 1. Answering study questions 2. Doing pushups or other reps 3. Completing a meditation or focus timer More task types are coming soon. Why Stint is different Most app blockers rely on guilt, punishment, or all-day restrictions. That often leads to frustration, burnout, and eventually giving up. Stint takes a different approach. It keeps the reward, but makes you earn it. That simple shift helps build discipline in a way that feels sustainable and realistic. Designed for focus - Uses Apple’s Screen Time system - Locks and unlocks apps automatically - Re-locks apps when time expires, even if they are closed - Clean and distraction-free design - Supports both light and dark mode Flexible to fit your life - Choose which apps to lock - Decide what effort unlocks them - Use it for studying, fitness, mindfulness, or daily discipline - No ads - No dark patterns - Privacy-friendly by design If you want a calmer, more intentional relationship with your phone, Stint gives you a simple rule that works: effort -> reward Take back control of your screen time, one earned scroll at a time.
