Hiders Seekers

Hide and seek for the whole family, everyone on their own phone. One person starts a game and shares a four-letter code. Everyone else joins on their own iPhone, or in any web browser at hide-seek.beyondthecourse.app, so friends and grandparents without the app can play too. Hiders get a ten-second head start to find a spot in a house at night: a kitchen, a library, a garden, a playroom. Seekers carry lanterns and can only see a little way, but their meter tells them when they're getting warmer. Bump into a hider to catch them. Caught hiders join the seekers, so nobody sits out. • A new house every round, and every hallway loops around, so there's always a way to slip past. • Make your own character: twelve colors and eight hats. • Big buttons, a simple thumb stick and plain words, for young children and grandparents alike. • 2 to 12 players. The host picks the house size, how many hide, how long to seek and how many rounds. • No accounts, no ads, no purchases, nothing to sign up for. You need at least two players, each on their own device.
