SPielatus – The digital home for your board game group Organizing a game night often means messages across five chats, missed dates and the eternal question “Who's free when?”. In SPielatus, your group has everything in one place: dates, chats, polls and your game collection. From a game night for four to a game day at your club. FIND A DATE, CONFIRM THE ROUND Propose up to seven dates, and your fellow players sign up for the ones that suit them. SPielatus confirms the round automatically: as soon as enough people are in, when the date is full or after a deadline – your choice. If the date is already set, the round is confirmed right away. • Waitlist with automatic move-up • Series: weekly, every two weeks or monthly • Import dates from an online calendar, SPielatus keeps changes in sync • Reminder before the date, lead time of your choice • Bring guests without the app, pick a round leader, accept venues offered by players GROUPS Public, closed or secret. Roles and permissions decide who can post rounds and write in the chat. Group info collects links, meeting point and contact persons, and the radius search finds groups near you. Every round can appear in as many groups as you like, or publicly for everyone. CLUBS AND VENUES Clubs, board game cafés, toy libraries and game stores appear under their own name: a whole team organizes rounds, groups and events and answers messages together. You apply in the app, and the SPielatus team reviews the application. Clubs and venues can also offer themselves as public hosts. When planning, you find hosts near you and ask them directly. CHATS A chat for every round, group and event, plus direct messages. With pictures, likes and links to rounds, games or polls. You decide who may message you, and you can block or report. POLLS Which game? Who brings snacks? Polls in rounds, groups and events, as single choice, top-3 ranking or multiple choice, anonymous if you like. Games come with a picture straight from BoardGameGeek or the group collection. EVENTS For game days with many parallel rounds or campaigns over many dates: an event bundles the rounds, with its own registration, team roles and optional modules such as agenda, check-in via QR code, a rounds planner that assigns tables, standings, a “Who brings what” list and rounds that participants start themselves. Events can be copied or repeated as a series.
