MTFC is a vehicle move logging app built for fast, reliable field entry. Capture REGO, MVA, driver details, and route information in a streamlined batch flow. MTFC saves entries locally first, so your team can keep working even without a connection, then syncs records to the fleet service when the device is back online. Features: • Scan a registration or MVA with Scan & Go in Moves, Find and Check In • Add multiple driver rows to one submission • Work offline with automatic local queuing • Sync queued records to the fleet service when online • Track queued, failed, and sent records • Detect duplicate entries before submission • Save and reuse driver and location suggestions • Export a CSV of local records for sharing and review • Protect admin and endpoint settings with passwords With your permission, MTFC checks your location when you submit a move and shares your position with the fleet team while that car is on the road, including while the app is in the background. Sharing stops when you tap Arrived or the journey ends. You can still record moves with location turned off.
