CapLoc: Capture & Clarity

Some things you never decide to drop. They just… drift. Not forgotten — quietly demoted, crowded out by whatever's loudest today, until one morning the thing that mattered has slipped away without a trace. CapLoc is a calm home for those things. It's one place to set a thought down — an idea, a task, a receipt, a worry you can't resolve right now — and trust it won't get lost. Not a to-do list that asks you to do more. A holding place for your intentions, so the ones that matter stay in view. HOW IT WORKS • Capture anything in a tap, and mark how it feels: Now, Soon, or Whenever. • It lands in your Inbox — one designated location, not scattered across a dozen apps. • File it into a Project when you're ready. Complete it, or let it rest in your Archive, always reactivatable. • Every move it makes is quietly remembered — so you can see what's drifting before it's gone. THE WITNESS When something matters enough that you don't want to carry it alone, you can invite one person you trust to witness it. Not to check up on you — to see what's drifting, on your terms, in only the projects you choose. It's an act of leadership, not weakness. Visibility, never judgment. WHAT IT ISN'T No deadlines that manufacture urgency. No nagging. No red badges shaming you into busywork. CapLoc asks one quiet question: did you stay aligned with the priorities you set — or consciously choose to revise them? PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your CapLoc is yours. Everything syncs privately across your devices through iCloud — no account to create, nothing mined, nothing sold. Set it down. Trust it's held. Get back to your life.
