iLink Security

Our app iLink is a workforce management tool used by security personnel assigned to physical patrols and safety-sensitive locations. We use background location only during an active shift to: - Verify that the guard remains on-site while performing security duties. - Trigger automatic welfare alerts if the guard becomes inactive or leaves the assigned area unexpectedly. - Provide supervisors with compliance reports confirming that patrols were completed at the correct locations. How to access this feature: - Sign in using any test account provided below (we can add one if needed). - Start an assigned “Shift” from the Schedule screen. - Once the shift is active, the app begins background location monitoring until the guard ends the shift. Background location is not used outside of active shifts and is strictly for safety, compliance, and incident accountability, similar to other security and field workforce applications.
