Payments happen outside MeroSplit MeroSplit does not send, receive or verify money. A supported UPI link can open a separate payment app, where you review and authorize the payment. Recording or acknowledging a payment updates shared records only. MeroSplit does not connect to your bank, convert currencies or read text from receipt images.
